Founders

Engr. Sherwin is a Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) with extensive practice and capability as a Power System Engineer, Electrical Designer, Energy Manager and a former PEZA Electrical Inspector. He has been involved in design and construction of various mid-to-large scale electrical and instrumentation projects. Currently, he is the co-founder and President/CEO of ESOTECH Builders Corp., a general building construction firm based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. He took his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree at University of the Philippines Los Baños and holds a Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license.

He is a registered Civil Engineer with 17 years of solid experience in the planning, quantity surveying, construction cost control, and construction management of civil engineering projects both local and abroad with concentration on High-Rise Buildings, Heavy Mining Facilities, Power Plant, Port Facilities, and Housing projects. Currently, he is the co-founder and VP/COO of ESOTECH Builders Corp., a general building construction firm in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. He took his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree at University of the Philippines Los Baños and passed the Civil Engineering Board Exam with Award of Distinction.
